Acceptable use of the site and public demo

You may use the VanShelf website and public demo to learn about the product, evaluate the workflow, contact our team, and begin a free trial. You may not use the site in a way that interferes with service reliability, other visitors, or VanShelf’s underlying infrastructure.

Acceptable use of the site and public demo includes reasonable evaluation activity by humans. Any attempt to overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the demo or contact flows is prohibited.

No-abuse and no-automation

No-abuse and no-automation restrictions apply to the public live demo. You may not use bots, scripts, replayed traffic, or similar automated methods to start or operate demo sessions without our written permission.

VanShelf may suspend or block access to the public demo or site when abuse-prevention systems indicate misuse, fraud, or excessive automated traffic.

Trials and sign-up expectations

Public demo usage does not create an account for you. If you want to save work, invite teammates, or use the workflow inside the product, you must start a free trial and complete the normal sign-up flow.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials accurate and secure once you create an account.

Availability and service disclaimers

VanShelf may change, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of the website or public demo at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access to the public site, demo, or trial surfaces.

The public demo is provided to help visitors understand the workflow. It is not a guarantee that every spoken input will parse perfectly in every situation.

Liability and governing terms

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VanShelf provides the public site and demo on an “as is” and “as available” basis and disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VanShelf will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the public site or public demo. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to VanShelf’s operating business, subject to any mandatory local law protections that still apply.
