What we collect
We collect the information you provide directly when you create an account, start a trial, request contact, or use the public live demo. That includes account details, work email, company information, and the message you send through our website contact forms.
When you use the public voice demo, we temporarily process the audio you record, the transcript generated from that audio, and the filled review-form state returned from the parser so you can evaluate the workflow before signing up.
How we use information
We use your information to operate the site, respond to your inquiries, support sign-up and trial flows, and improve the product experience. We also use limited technical data to protect the public demo from abuse and to keep the service reliable for legitimate visitors.
The public live demo is write-safe. Audio, transcripts, and filled review data are used to show you how the workflow works, not to create or mutate real inventory, reorder, location, or work-order records.
Abuse prevention for the public demo
VanShelf uses Cloudflare Invisible Turnstile on the Start live demo action to help verify that the request is legitimate and to reduce fraud, automation, and abusive usage of the public demo.
We also use a secure browser-session cookie and server-side demo-session enforcement to limit the public demo to one active browser session, a two-minute recording window, a thirty-second cooldown, and a maximum of three new session starts per IP address per hour.

Contact requests and support
If you contact VanShelf through the website, we use your name, work email, company information, and message content to respond to your request and continue the conversation you started.
